ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Weigh all inbound and outbound trucks
- Enter all required information and generate scale tickets
- Probe and grade incoming grain for quality and moisture
- Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customers in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
- Communicate with drivers and dump pit operators
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties or activities as needed or directed by supervisor
- Work with office personnel to keep office clean
- At least 16 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work in dusty environment
